Yoga for Joint Health

Hello friends!

I wanted to share this brief video with you in case you, like me, have any joint pain these days! I mean, it’s sad to say, but we all get to a point where if we aren’t mobile enough, or pushing those mobility boundaries, we start to lose range of motion, and life begins to feel more difficult in a sticky, creaky body. But that doesn’t have to be the case!!

We can easily help create more space, flexibility, and mobility in our joints without really even busting a sweat. It just takes a short amount of time to go through a full-body joint movement sequence, and it can make a world of difference to the way you experience the way your body feels.

This is my go-to yoga sequence when I want to give a little extra love and attention to my joints, and they sooooo thank me for it. Give it a go and let me know how you feel afterwards!
