

Holistic Hatha Yoga
I’m here to teach you how to take yoga off your mat and into your everyday life. Yoga is a lifestyle, not an exercise. Through Hatha Yoga, you will be able to take these ancient practices into every situation of your life, and help create holistic health in your mind, body, and soul.
I am a mother of three lovely little humans and also love to help expecting mothers have the peace, confidence, and strength to have a natural birth if they so choose.
I am a 500HR E-RYT with a focus in Hatha Yoga. I studied Hatha through immersive and extensive trainings in the birthplace of yoga itself: Rishikesh, India. I love Hatha because of its holistic three-point approach to yogic health: Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), and Meditation. It is through using all three of the tools that helps create a holistically healthy life both inside and out. I have also studied Ayurvedic medicine techniques and believe that our bodies and the earth create everything we need for total optimum health.
