Women’s Weekends

Looking to add a little zen into your ladies weekend? Book a morning or evening private yoga class for you and your best friends to enjoy together. We can also tailor the class to be specialized, such as: Heart Centered Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Beginners Yoga, Meditation sessions, etc. If you have a special theme you are working with, we would love to tailor a flow and/or workshop specifically for you to enjoy as well!

Group Meditations

If you’re looking for a different pace, a group meditation session is the perfect thing for you. These are generally 45-90 minute sessions and can cover one to multiple meditation styles depending on what your needs are.
