This is a 12 part course, designed to be done over 12 weeks for optimal understanding and integration. We focus on the three pillars of Hatha Yoga to create a robust understanding of the ancient practices in a simple way, and how to bring yoga into your everyday life for holistic healing.

You’ll learn foundational and intermediate poses to develop balance, confidence, and flow in your physical practice. Learn how to use the poses to best support your body.

Turn inward and reconnect with your inner Self.
You’ll explore guided meditations, mantras, and mindfulness techniques to quiet the mind and expand awareness.
🌬️ Module 3: Pranayama Series – Yogic Breathing
Awaken the flow of prana (life energy) and discover the power of breath.
You’ll learn time-honored breathing practices to calm the mind, purify the body, and restore inner balance that you can do again and again to maintain optimum health.

How It Works
Start where you are. Once you purchase the course, you’ll begin to get a weekly email from me including that weeks lesson, any accompanying PDFS or visuals for that lesson, and a journal prompt/mindfulness practice. They slowly and gently build off each other to help you integrate the practices weekly, allowing the practices to sink into your life rhythm.
These 12 lessons fall into three Modules: Asana, Meditation, and Pranayama. Once you’ve received the lesson, you are welcome to come back to it again and again throughout the week to deepen understanding.
